What should I expect with your program?

Taekwondo as a sport and exercise is popular with men, women, and children of all ages. Physically, it develops strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and stamina.

Students can expect to take part in the following activities while enrolled in our program:


Learning the techniques and curriculum of Taekwondo
An aerobic workout, including stretching
Self-defense techniques
Forms, or patterns
Sparring, including one-step, tournament, and free-style sparring
Relaxation exercises
Board breaking
Weapons training
Exams to progress to the next rank
A focus on discipline, honor, etiquette, respect, and self confidence

Our program also incorporates the use of pressure points and self-defense techniques.
